How long will a fragrance last?

Our fragrance listings are for brand-new, unopened products presented in their original retail boxes unless a product page clearly states otherwise.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Standard shipping typically takes an additional 5–8 business days after processing. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout, and tracking is emailed once your order ships. We currently ship within the United States only.
Can I return a fragrance?
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving an eligible item. It must be unused, in the same condition received, and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase. Because fragrances may be treated as personal-care products or flammable liquids, opened or used fragrances might not be eligible for return. Contact us before sending anything back so we can confirm eligibility and provide instructions. Items returned without prior approval are not accepted.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Inspect your order when it arrives. If it is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
